Grief Counselling
in Chennai

Compassionate support through Yoga-Based Grief Therapy for loss, life transitions and emotional healing.

Grief is a natural response to loss, but it doesn’t always look the way we expect. While many people associate grief only with bereavement, it can also arise from significant life changes and experiences that alter the course of our lives.

Grief may show up as sadness, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, disrupted sleep, emotional numbness, irritability or a feeling that life no longer feels the same. Sometimes these experiences are recognised as grief and sometimes they remain hidden beneath the demands of everyday life.

If you have been searching for grief support in Chennai, you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

A Different Approach to Grief Support

At Grief & Beyond, I believe grief affects not only our thoughts and emotions but also our body, breath and overall sense of wellbeing. This is why my approach extends beyond conversation alone.

Through Yoga-Based Grief Therapy, I integrate Yoga Therapy, gentle breath practices, mindful movement, reflective inquiry and Life Coaching to support the whole person. Sessions are personalised, require no previous yoga experience and are adapted to your comfort and abilities.

The intention is not to remove grief or encourage you to “move on,” but to help you build the capacity to live alongside your loss with greater ease, self-awareness and resilience.

To learn more about this integrated approach, you can explore the Grief & Beyond Method.
