Grief & Beyond is for anyone experiencing loss. This may include the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, identity shifts such as parenthood, menopause, illness, caregiving, retirement. It is meant for those experiencing emotional fatigue or a sense of ‘something missing’. If you are carrying grief, recent or long-held, this space is for you.
Grief Yoga is not a workout or exercise oriented fitness programme. The focus is on emotional release and regulating the nervous system through breath, minimal movement and awareness. The sessions are personalised and adapted to your comfort.
No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required. Movements are simple and always adjusted to your age, comfort and physical ability.
Grief & Beyond is non-clinical. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. The work focuses on how grief is felt in the body, breath, and daily life. It can exist alongside therapy, but it does not replace professional mental health care.

A session will include gentle conversations, sharing, guided reflection, breath practices and minimal movement, always guided with care and caution.
You may feel calm, emotional, lighter or simply more aware. Every person responds differently at different points during the sessions.
There is no fixed or prescribed number of sessions. Some people come for a few sessions during a difficult phase; others return during new life transitions. Based on your requirements, the number of sessions will be mutually determined.
It is not a quick fix. It is not about “moving on.” It is not performance yoga. It does not force positivity, closure, or timelines. There is no comparison and no judgment of your pace.
